Reduce inventory stock level and ensure product availability at the frontline level through supply chain strategies employing effective online Point of Sale System, effective procurement methods, and stategic warehousing and logistics alliances . 3. Ensure product quality by maintaining only reliable and responsible sources of supplies and providing in-store quality control system that gaurantees quality in every product delivery made to end users. 4. Be able to continuously develop innovative product and service warranty systems and policies to help foster a worry free environment among our Franchisees and customers.
