Yes. In addition to your initial training period, we will work with you during your opening stage.

You will receive the CELLULAR CITY operations manual to help you with day-to-day operations. It also has a unique "Cellular City Help Guide" that contains vast electronically stored information about the business to empower you and your employees. It even contains video clips on repair procedures. Literally, you only have to type in your needed information at the search engine to get it. Q. WHAT ABOUT ADVERTISING?
Advertising is done on a local basis and you are required to spend a portion of your monthly profits on advertising. A co-op advertising pesos will be collected to help offset some of the cost of advertising. When a national ad fund is established, each store will contribute a small percentage of margins for national advertising.
Q. HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO EARN?
Your potential profit will depend on a number of factors, such as the location of your store, the amount of time you dedicate to your store, your level of business expertise, and market conditions. Naturally, as in any business venture, there is no guarantee of success and profitability. However, we help minimize the risk by giving you the benefit of a well-organized system and refined concept, developed through our experience. We will provide you with an average of our store operating results so you can determine your income potential.
Q. IS THE COMMUNICATION INDUSTRY SATURATED?
NO. We believe the industry has plenty of growth potential. Only about 50% of the Philippine population owns a cellphone today. Other countries internationally have proven that close to 90% own a phone. Others have penetration rate of up to 130%, which means that some subscribers own more than two cellphones. A large part of our revenue is derived from existing cellular users. Over the years, we have learned as the number of cell phone users in the country increases, our stores sales have increased.
Q. WHAT ABOUT COMPETITION FROM THE NETWORK STORES OR ANOTHER NATIONAL CHAIN?
Smart Communications and Globe Telecoms are the largest carriers in the Philippines today and both have already established several locations nationwide. Sun Cellular is expanding too. Each of these stores limit customer choices and force customers to shop around for the best deal. We welcome competition but do not foresee the national carriers as a threat; instead they are helping us create a competitive edge. By increasing customer awareness, people will seek out an established retailer who specializes in Information Communication Technologies. Remember also that you can duplicate the concept but not the system. The individuals who run our stores and run this company set us apart.
Q. CAN I REVIEW YOUR FRANCHISE AGREEMENT?
Our franchise agreement is a valued document, which we do not indiscriminately distribute. Once you complete our detailed application form, we will provide you with a copy of the franchise agreement for your review with your legal counsel.
Q: HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I MAKE?
Each Cellular City store will achieve different results depending on location and the store operator. Your profitability will also depend on your overhead costs such as inventory, management wages, loans, payment and rent.
